Koné C. Faulkner
Strategic, ambitious, and energetic public affairs and public relations executive with a global perspective and an unwavering commitment to excellence, Koné brings over three decades of managerial and executive-level experience to Klarity Broadcasting LLC
As the CEO and owner of Klarity Broadcasting LLC, Koné leads the company in providing comprehensive communications consulting and leadership development services. His expertise includes crafting publicity strategies, managing campaigns, implementing media relations programs, recruiting, project and expert communications management for diverse clients, including government entities and private organizations, such as 1st Degree, Oneida ESC Group, Motivf, KSF Unlimited, UGroup, and Mountain View Group, LTD.
Koné’s distinguished career began with his enlistment in the U.S. Army Reserves in 1988, followed by his active-duty commissioning from South Carolina State University in 1996. After excelling as an artillery officer, he transitioned to public affairs, becoming the U.S. military spokesperson and communications advisor for various global operations, to include Afghanistan, Korea, Iraq, Turkey, and NATO countries. His contributions have earned him various Department of Defense accolades, such as the Legion of Merit and the Bronze Star.
With a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from South Carolina State University and the University of Maryland University College's Master's program in Public Relations, Koné has also directed countless senior communication campaigns and taught numerous courses for international, U.S. government, and corporate entities. His dedication extends to serving as vice-chairperson of the City of Bowie’s Diversity Committee and maintaining memberships in organizations like the Public Relations Society of America and the Maryland Small Business Reserve.
